Fees & Costs

Affiliates pay an Annual Licensing Fee, a Network Fee (per event) and event related expenses. The Annual Licensing Fee ranges from $1,500 - $3,000. The Network fee is a percentage of net dollars earned at Exchange events.

Affiliates should expect to incur some event related expenses such as:

• Facility Fees
• Printing costs
  
• Advertising expenses
  
• Fees for permits

However, the most savvy Affiliates are able to leverage their charitable status and community connections to secure free or significantly reduced goods and services to support their Exchange events and to keep expenses to a minimum. Whenever possible, The Clothes Exchange will leverage relationships we have with businesses to support local Clothes Exchange events.
