About

The Clothes Exchange is a fundraiser that doesn't feel like one. An annual event, that attracts more than 500 women, The Clothes Exchange is now one of Burlington, Vermont's most anticipated andimg_9663.JPG fun fundraising events. Through partnerships with dozens of retailers and apparel manufacturers the Clothes Exchange collects and sells thousands of new garments, in addition to pre-loved, high quality women's clothing and accessories. For the first time, this year's event will feature new kids clothing (size 0 - 6).

Each year the Burlington Clothes Exchange selects a different nonprofit to receive event proceeds; last year the event raised $56,000 for Vermont Works for Women.  Click here to learn about the 2010 beneficiary King Street Center. Since 2001, The Clothes Exchange has raised nearly $150,000 for 10 Burlington area nonprofits.
