Expectations for Beneficiaries

We view our beneficiaries as our partners and img_5802.jpgexpect the organizations we select to join us in our planning efforts. A representative from the beneficiary organization is expected to serve as a member of the Clothes Exchange Advisory Board, to attend all Advisory Board meetings and to be the primary liaison between the Clothes Exchange and their organization.

We expect beneficiary organizations to have the internal capacity, commitment and good-humor to work with the CE and to utilize all of their assets to help pull-off a successful event.

"Partnering with the Clothes Exchange was a fantastic experience for the VNA. The energy and creativity of the talented volunteers helped bring our VNA Family Room program to life for hundreds of community-conscious shoppers. I was truly impressed with the commitment to women and children that underpins everything the the Clothes Exchange does. It was a lot of work for our organization but the aftertaste is very sweet. Any organization would be lucky to have an opportunity to collaborate with the Clothes Exchange."
