Expectations for Event Volunteers
Volunteer Training and Orientation
Volunteers are expected to attend one of these Volunteer Trainings:
May 5th at 7 pm
May 16th at 11 am

Volunteer Dress
Event volunteers should wear jeans, a Clothes Exchange t-shirt and comfortable shoes.T-shirts are provided at the volunteer training.
Volunteer Shifts
Event volunteers are expected to work the entire event and to refrain from shopping during their volunteer shift.
Volunteers who want to Shop First ($100 per ticket) may do so and begin their volunteer shift at 6:30 pm, or as soon as they are done shopping.
Shifts:
Set-Up May 19th, 8:30 am - 3:00 pm (volunteers are asked to work a least 3-hour shifts)
Event Shift 1- 4:30 - 9:00 pm
Event Shift 2 (Only for those Shopping First. - 6:30 - 9 pm
Clean-Up Crew - 8:30 - around 11 pm
When you arrive, head to the Volunteer Check-in area and check in with our Volunteer Coordinators.
